Community leaders, clergy, health
professionals, social worker, and lay persons, under the auspices
of the National Hospice Palliative Care Organization that began
in January 1999.
BHH is a non-profit, state license program and
certified by the State of Montana. BHH is an independent agency
and is designed to meet the medical, psychological, emotional and
spiritual needs of the patient and their family with the help of
the Patient Care Team composed essentially of physician, nurse,
social worker, clergy, field nurse, aide and volunteers.
Twenty-four
hour emergency assistance is available, complementing scheduled
visits by Patient Care Team members.
