The Hospice Mission
Our mission is to meet the needs of each terminally ill person and his or her family and to serve as a voice and resource for its members.

Hospice Goals

  • To provide palliative care to terminally ill clients along with a supportive service to patients and their family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • To provide care in a professionally and timely manner
  • To provide physical, social, spiritual, and emotional care
  • To sustain high performance
  • Keep community updated on programs and hospice awareness
  • To continue to be the model for quality, compassionate care at the end of life.
  • To use a team-oriented approach of expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support expressly tailored to patient’s wishes.
